Create individual clients

To start creating a new client, click on Clients > choose New Client > enter the information in the form > click on Create Client (or Create Client And Create Another if you want to go on creating another client).

 

 

Members of groups also need to have an individual profile. You can only add clients to a group as long as they have a profile created and a client ID, even the ones who will be integrated in a Pure Group and whose accounts are not tracked individually.

In this case, you may choose to capture only the basic information about that client.

 

There are two main reasons for this. One is that any group member may, at some point become an individual client and it will be important for your organization to keep track of who was already part of a group and take the group's financial history into account when evaluating one of the member's application for an individual loan.

On the other hand, if your organization uses the Hybrid Groups method, Mambu will track each member's account individually, so it's crucial to have all the details about each client.

Custom Fields

Here you can choose to add any of the custom fields that you've created in Administration.

To add a custom field just click on Add Custom Field > click the dropdown menu > choose the one you want from the list > enter the correspondent information in the field next to it.

Delete a custom field

Just click the icon next to the field you want to delete and it immediately disappears.

Assign clients to branches and to credit officers

Every client can be associated to a branch and to a credit officer as long as they already have a profile in the system. This will allow you, for example, to easily track branches and credit officers' performance in the reports.

 

 

For credit officers, this will be specially useful as they can easily access and manage only their own clients, i.e. the information that is actually relevant for them.

Identification documents

If you click Add Identification Document, you'll be able to choose the type of document and include all its details.

Mambu will validate the ID number and give you a warning message, if there's another client in the system with the same ID.

 

 

You can add as many documents as needed.

 

To delete an identification document and just like for the custom fields, you only need to click the icon next to the document you want to delete and it will disappear from the form.

Add, edit and delete clients' photos

 

Add a photo

To add your clients' photos to their profiles open the client's profile > click on the image next to their name > click Choose File to upload a file from your computer > click Send > Save the Changes.

 


The photo will now be visible to everyone who works with this client in Mambu.

 

Edit a photo

To change a client's photo open the client's profile > click on the client's photo > click the Edit icon > choose another file > click Send > Save the changes.

 


The new photo will be added to the client's profile.

 

Delete a photo

To delete a photo from a client's profile, just click on the photo > click on the Delete icon > Confirm.

 


The client's photo will be removed from the profile.

Add, edit and delete clients' signatures

Signatures can be attached to clients' profiles and be used for validation purposes.

 

Add a signature

To upload a signature click on Signature > click Browse to select the appropriate file from your computer > click Send > Save Changes.

 

Edit a signature

To change or update a client's signature, click on the signature > click on the Edit icon > click Browse to upload the new file from your computer > click on Send > Save Changes.

 

Delete a signature

To delete a client's signature from their profile click on the signature > click on the Delete icon > Confirm the deletion.
