Create a new group

To create a new group click on Clients > click on Create New Group > enter the group's information > click Create Group.

Add members

To be part of a group, all members need to have a profile created in Mambu as individual clients. Having the individual clients already in the system, all you have to do is to add them in the group. To do that enter each client's name > click on Add Client To Group.

Repeat this for all the members of the group.

 

 As you start typing the client's name, Mambu will automatically provide you with a list of matching names in the system so that you can simply click on the appropriate name on the list.

 

You can also choose to create a group and add the members later. As soon as you want to complete the information and add the members you just need to open the group's profile and click on Edit to include that information.

Group Roles

To add a group role, first you need to create them under Administration, as shown in Group Roles. Once you have defined the roles, you can assign them to the groups' members. To assign roles click on Add Group Role > choose a role from the list > choose the member you want to associate with that role.

 After saving the group's profile, the roles will also be stored and displayed in their profile.

 

 

To delete a group role you just need to click on the icon next to the role you want to delete.

Custom fields

The categories you can choose here are the ones you defined in the Administration section when choosing which custom fields would be required or default for groups.

If you defined more than one custom field in Administration, you'll now see the option to add a custom field.

To add a custom field click Add Custom Field > choose a category from the dropdown menu > enter the information specific to the group you're creating.

Assign groups to credit officers and branches

To assign a group to a branch, just click the dropdown menu > choose the appropriate branch.

Use the same process to assign groups to credit officers.
