There are two ways to search for a specific client in Mambu.
You can do it directly from the search bar, or using the filter options from the clients' view.

Search bar

Every client in Mambu has an ID number automatically generated by the system when the client's profile is created. Both this number and the clients' names can be used to find them using the search bar.
To do that, just click on the bar > start typing the client's number or name > choose the client from the list by clicking on it.

Filtering options

If you want to search for all clients under a same category, Mambu offers you several filtering options. You can then search for clients using the branch and credit officer they're associated with, or if you need more filtering options, you can still select them by gender, ID Number, or use the custom fields you've created in Administration.

If you can view information from other branches, you can use the branches filter on the top, by clicking on the name displayed and choosing the branch you want.

Then, click on Clients > select All Clients > click on the dropdown list if you want to filter the clients per credit officers > click More if you want to use other filtering options > click Filter.

If you want to search for a group profile, just click on "Clients > All Groups" instead of "Clients > All Clients", or select the Groups Tab instead of the Individuals Tab and follow the same steps described above.
