Enter a depositTo log a deposit from a client open the savings account > click on Deposit > enter the transaction's details, including the method used for the deposit > click on Make Deposit.

Deposits CollectionIf you need to make several deposits you can do it through the bulk deposit option. You just need to go to Accounts > click on Deposits Collection > click on the dropdown menus to filter the deposits per branch, centre, credit officer and product > click on Filter. A list with all the deposits following the criteria you chose will appear. The default values for Deposit Amount are the ones defined in those accounts. To make several deposits without changing the original amount due and date, check the correspondent boxes > click on Post Deposits > in the new window click on Make Deposits.

Make withdrawalsTo log a client's withdrawal, open the savings account > click on Withdrawal > enter the transaction details > click on Make Withdrawal.

Early withdrawals in Fixed DepositsIn a Fixed Deposit account, after the maturity period is started, only administrator users or those who have the permission to make early withdrawals will be able to withdraw the deposit. Other users won't see this as an option.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Back to top Undo deposits and withdrawalsIf for some reason you need to revert a deposit or a withdrawal, you can do it as long as the reversal takes place before there is any interest calculation on the account, i.e. on the same day that the deposit or withdrawal was logged. To undo a deposit or a withdrawal click on Transactions > click on the reversal icon that is in front of the transaction you need to revert > enter the reason for the reversal > Reverse the transaction.

History of deposits and withdrawalsEvery deposit, withdrawal or fee applied to an account will be stored under Transactions, as well as the method of payment used for each of them.

The method used for the deposit will then be stored in the account's transaction.
For Fixed Deposits, when the maturity period is active it won't be possible to undo deposits.
