General Structure

The articles you find in the user guide are structured in a way that allows you to find the information easily and in a logical sense.
The picture below shows you a sample of how a typical article looks like, followed by a more detailed explanation of each section.

Sections

1 - The Breadcrumb.

Looking at this navigation aid will always keep you informed about the user guide's section you're in.

 

 

2 - Header

Here you can find the Title of the article and the Last Updated date.

 

 

3 - Export, print or email the article

The icons on top allow you to export the article in a pdf format, print it or send the link by email to someone.

 

 

4 - Article Sections.

At the top of the articles you can find links for each of its sections so that you can easily see the article contents without having to scroll down to the end or click the links to go directly to the topic you want.

 

 

5 and 6 - Individual Sections.

Under each section within the article you'll find all the information you need related to that topic with the instructions in bold.

 

 

 

7 - Screenshots and Diagrams

All the articles are rich in screenshots and diagrams to make it easier for you to understand the implications of certain activities and how they relate to one another in Mambu.

 

 

Most of the images allow you to click and enlarge it for better visualization. User the controls in the bottom of the new window to navigate to the next or previous image within the same article, move the window or close it.

 

8 -  Warnings, Tips and Notes.

These icons will add important information to the articles.

 

 

Warning: Calls your attention to the outcomes of a specific activity.

Tip: Adds concrete information that can help you taking the most out of a certain activity.

Note: For general comments about that activity.

 

9 - Addtional Reading

Some articles refer to others, in which cases you'll find the Additional Reading Links so that you can immediately use them to know more about a specific topic.

This link helps you navigating and go directly to the top of the page with a single click.

 

 

11 - Related Items

Here you'll find other articles which are related to the one you're reading.
