Just like for the clients, there are two ways to search for a loan account in Mambu.
You can do it directly from the search bar, or use the filter options from the loans' view.

 

Search bar

Every loan account in Mambu has a unique ID number which you can use to find them through the search bar.
Just enter the account's ID in the bar and as you start typing the result will be displayed.

 

Filtering options

If you want to search for all the loans under a same category, Mambu offers you several filtering options. You can search for a specific loan account filtering it by:

  • Branch
  • Credit Officer
  • Account State
  • Loan Product
  • Loan Balance
  • Date when it was created
